Customers are responsible for providing accurate move details when booking services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate addresses and contact information.
Ensure reasonable access to both pickup and delivery locations.
Properly disclose oversized, fragile, valuable, or specialty items.
Secure or remove valuables, cash, jewelry, firearms, medications, personal documents, and irreplaceable items before the move.

Rokit Moving is not responsible for items that customers choose to transport personally.

6. Packing Services

Packing services may be provided upon request.

Packing materials, specialty supplies, and additional labor may result in additional charges.

Customers are encouraged to disclose fragile or high-value items before packing begins.

7. Insurance & Liability

Rokit Moving maintains general liability insurance.

While we take great care in handling your belongings, no moving process is completely risk-free.

Liability for loss or damage is governed by applicable laws, the service agreement signed by the customer, and any valuation coverage selected before the move.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage
Improperly packed customer-packed boxes
Damage resulting from undisclosed defects
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control

Claims must be reported promptly following completion of the move.

8. Payment

Payment is due according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

We reserve the right to charge applicable taxes, travel fees, packing material costs, and other agreed-upon service charges.

Failure to make payment may result in collection efforts as permitted by law.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible.
